Your score in about five minutes
Answer a few questions, add a lab report, and see where you stand on nine factors that matter most.
One clear next step
Not a wall of numbers. The single most useful thing to do next, why it matters and what it takes.
Everyone you look after
Kids’ shots and checkups, a parent’s results, your partner’s recheck. One list for the whole family.
Your health, finally all in one place.
Every lab result, reading and habit, explained in plain English. One score that shows where you stand, a trend that shows where you’re heading, and one clear thing to do next. No more digging through three portals to piece it together.

And if you look after others, they’re all in one place too.
Most families have one person keeping track of everyone’s checkups, shots and test results, usually from memory. My Health Score gives parents and caregivers one simple place to make sure they’re doing the best they can for their family and the people they love: what’s due, for whom, and what to do about it.
- ✓ Kids: shots, yearly checkups, growth, cholesterol checks at the right age
- ✓ Parents: their results and trends, shared with their permission
- ✓ Partners: their own private score, sharing only what they choose
- ✓ Coming soon: a family statement on the 1st of every month

Today it’s scattered. Nobody’s putting it together.
Lab results in one portal, your kids’ shot records in another, your mom’s weight on her bathroom scale. Each number makes sense on its own. Together they tell you what to do next, but nobody connects them. Things slip: a result that was never rechecked, a screening that’s overdue, a parent quietly losing weight.
A few minutes to your first score. More complete with everything you add.
Answer a few questions
Height, weight, habits, blood pressure, any conditions or medicines, and your family’s history. Each answer tells you something right away.
Add your lab results
Photo, PDF or pasted text. We read every value, unit and range, and you confirm them before anything counts.
Do the next step
One clear action at a time, with why it matters, what it takes and what happens after.
One number from 0 to 100, built on published medical guidelines.
The score uses the same measures doctors use to judge long-term health. Seven of the nine factors follow the American Heart Association’s published Life’s Essential 8 scoring, and screenings follow U.S. Preventive Services Task Force guidelines. We only count what we can actually measure, and we show you exactly how every point is earned.
My Health Score is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the American Heart Association or the USPSTF.
A week of blood pressure readings under 120/80 adds 3 points. So does reaching 176 lb.

Healthcare should be easy to reach, and patients should have agency.
My Health Score was founded by people from healthcare, technology and medicine. We’ve watched people do everything right and still miss the result nobody followed up on. You shouldn’t need a medical degree, or a relative who has one, to know where you stand and what to do next.
We’re opening My Health Score to a small group first, and we’ll be reading every piece of feedback. If you join early, you’re helping shape it.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. The score, your next steps and the family view are free. Later we’ll offer optional extras, like at-home tests and care from a clinician, and we’ll always label anything that costs money.
Is this medical advice?
No. We give you information and points you to the right next step, with the reasoning behind it. Decisions about your care belong to you and your clinician. If something looks urgent, we tell you to call your doctor or 911.
What goes into the score?
Nine factors: blood pressure, weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, activity, sleep, nicotine, diet and age-appropriate screenings. Seven of them use the American Heart Association’s Life’s Essential 8 scoring. We only count what we can measure, and we always show how many of the nine are in.
How do I add my results?
Take a photo of a lab report, upload the PDF or paste the text. We read every value and unit, and you confirm them before anything counts. Direct connections to patient portals and wearables are coming next.
Who can see my information?
Only you. You manage your kids’ profiles, and a parent’s if they ask you to help. We never sell your data and there are no ads.
Can I invite my sister or a friend?
Yes. They get their own free, private account. You won’t see their score or results, and they won’t see yours. You’ll only see that they joined.
Do you ask about mood and mental health?
Yes, with four optional questions many doctors use. They never change your score. If your answers suggest a hard stretch, we say so gently and points you to support.
When do I get in?
We’re starting with a small group so we can listen closely, then opening up in waves. Everyone on the waitlist gets an email when it’s their turn.
Know your health score. Know what’s next.
